Disease modelling in R using maximum likelihood and Bayesian MCMC. A spatial model represented roughly 50 farms and compared interventions across 1,000 stochastic runs.

LHCb Run 3 Data Analysis
A 45-credit University of Warwick student project using supplied LHCb Run 3 data. I built invariant-mass models in ROOT and RooFit, then checked whether numerically successful fits actually described the data.

A kinetic PDE workflow using finite differences, course provided band matrix infrastructure, LAPACK and MKL, with stability checks and numerical validation.
